Strategic and pragmatic senior security leader Currently at National Highways (UK) with extensive experience delivering Security and Risk Management helping the business work with confidence, agility and trust. My experience spans both operational delivery and strategic leadership: Participated in and influenced a programme on critical national infrastructure in the hundreds of millions of Pounds, designed security frameworks for high-threat environments, integral partner in shaping resilience for National Highways (part of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure) and secured re-occurring revenue totalling 11 million euros for Ubisense Ltd through ISO 27001 certification and secure by design practices. Led integrated security programmes spanning across cyber, physical, personnel and information security, ensuring that measures remain proportionate, forward-looking and aligned with national and organisational strategy. A proven communicator and advisor to executive boards, ministers, and regulators, I translate complex cyber and risk challenges into actionable, business-aligned strategy and balance operational continuity, compliance and public confidence.
